Job summary

Hartford Care Ltd. seeks an experienced Nursing Home Manager for Hafod Y Green Nursing Home, Denbighshire. You will lead the home’s care, operations and financial management, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care for residents and strong CIW compliance.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with current NMC pin, proven senior management experience in Wales, and a compassionate, confident leadership style focused on safeguarding, outcomes, and continuous improvement in clinical practice.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
Experience as registered manager in Wales, CIW knowledge.
Experience with adults with complex care needs.

Responsibilities

Lead overall running of the home, ensuring high standards across care, operations and financial management.
Ensure the service meets and exceeds Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) requirements.
Promote safe, personalised services through assessment, person-centred planning and outcome-focused reviews.
