Qualifications

• Be a registered healthcare professional.
• Have at least 12 months post-registration experience within the last 5 years.
• Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate reports.
• Assess a wide range of physical and mental health conditions using clinical judgement.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and maintain records to governance standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and CPD and provide professional supervision.
