SJB Medical invites applications for a Functional Assessor role at one of our UK centres. You will carry out functional assessments to support health-related benefit applications, using your clinical judgement within standard daytime hours, with no night shifts or weekend work.

You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team, receive comprehensive training, and have clear career development pathways as you contribute to high-quality, evidence-based assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months post‑registration experience.
• No current restrictions to practice.
• Strong communication, assessment, and report‑writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct functional assessments and produce clear, accurate reports.
• Use clinical judgement to assess physical and mental health conditions.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Maintain records in line with governance and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing training, CPD and clinical supervision.
• Deliver assessments with empathy, professionalism and integrity.
