Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Functional Assessors (WCA) for PIP and Work Capability Assessments. The role is hybrid with no nights or weekends, offering a starting salary of £50,000 plus bonus potential and clear progression.

Open to Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with 1+ year post-registration clinical experience and current registration. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Active clinical experience in adult settings (1+ year).
• Must hold 12+ months' active NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration.
• Good communication, report-writing and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out telephone, video and face-to-face assessments.
• Review medical evidence and discuss impact on daily living.
• Produce evidence-based reports for the DWP.
• This role does not involve making benefit decisions.
