Job summary

SJB Medical is seeking a Functional Assessor to apply clinical judgement in delivering high-quality functional assessments for health-related benefit applications at one of our UK centres. • Be a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, or Pharmacist).
• Have at least 12 months' post-registration experience in the last 5 years.
• Have no current restrictions to practice.

About the role

As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health-related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work.

You'll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessments. Based at one of our UK centres, you'll benefit from a structured working environment, comprehensive training, and clear career development pathways.

What you'll need
