Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Eastbourne is seeking a Functional Assessor for a Permanent, Full-Time hybrid role. You will conduct structured assessments by phone, video or in person, applying your clinical judgement to determine daily living needs while maintaining a predictable Monday-Friday schedule.

This position is for a registered healthcare professional who wishes to move away from hands-on shifts but continue to leverage clinical expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered healthcare professional.
• Experience in conducting structured assessments.
• Ability to produce detailed, evidence-based reports.
• Strong clinical reasoning and judgement.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured telephone, video or face-to-face assessments.
