Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Qualified Nurse (Older Adults) to deliver holistic, patient-centred care at Hawthorne Court, Sarisbury Green. The role is permanent and part-time (6 hours per week), with pro-rata salary and market supplements as advertised.

You will provide clinical care, build relationships with residents and families, and work with a supportive multidisciplinary team. The role requires current NMC registration and experience in elderly care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Clinical experience: Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, with previous experience in a health or social care setting.

• Empathy and compassion for older people to build trust and provide support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding nursing care: responsible for the whole patient experience, including clinical diagnosis and treatment, and provide holistic, person-centred care.
• Build relationships: develop connections with residents, families and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring and evaluation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team with support and supervision for other team members.
