Job summary

Hampshire County Council is seeking a qualified nurse to join our Older Adults team at Woodcot Lodge in Gosport. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, with responsibilities across assessment, treatment and care planning.

We value compassion, teamwork and continuous development. This permanent position offers 37 hours per week with a salary range of £34,273–£37,570 plus a £6,000 market supplement, and weekend/bank holiday enhancements may apply.

  • Collaborate with a well‑resourced multidisciplinary team; mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members.

This role involves some weekend and bank holidays working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
