Job summary

HAMPSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL is seeking qualified nurses to provide high-quality care in older adults’ homes. You will deliver holistic, patient-centred nursing including clinical assessment and treatment, ensuring the best possible experience for residents.

The role involves building strong relationships with residents and families and engaging them in care planning and evaluation. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, receive ongoing mentorship, and play a key role in

  • Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Knowledge of elderly care and experience in health or social care settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic, person-centred nursing care and manage the patient experience including clinical diagnosis and treatment.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring and evaluating services.

This role involves night, weekend and bank holiday working, for which enhancements are paid in line with the HCC salary policy.
