Hampshire County Council is seeking a qualified nurse to join our Older Adults team at Woodcot Lodge in Gosport. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, with responsibilities across assessment, treatment and care planning.

We value compassion, teamwork and continuous development. This permanent position offers 37 hours per week with a salary range of £34,273–£37,570 plus a £6,000 market supplement, and weekend/bank holiday enhancements may apply.

Qualifications

• Qualified Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Clinical experience in elderly care, with previous health or social care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding nursing care: oversee patient experience, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and holistic, person-centred care.
• Build relationships with residents, families and carers and involve them in care planning, monitoring and evaluating services.
• Collaborate with a well‑resourced multidisciplinary team; mentor, support, educate and supervise other team members.
