An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in the Camden, London area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home is run by a highly reputable service based in London, whose care team is skilled in providing personalised care for older people and also specialise in dementia care.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Service Manager in providing leadership to staff to deliver high-quality care within a safe environment.
  2. Coordinate and lead the nursing team to provide person-centred care, promoting dignity, privacy, safety, independence, and equality.
  3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  4. Oversee the smooth operation of the nursing units and liaise with external health professionals.
  5. Provide clinical leadership and supervision.
  6. Have full accountability for infection control implementation and audits.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  1. Previous experience as a Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead, or Senior Nurse.
  2. Experience supporting the elderly.
  3. Strong knowledge of person-centred care.
  4. Ability to assess resident needs and deliver tailored care plans.
  5. Commitment to high standards of care and resident wellbeing.
