Role and Responsibilities

Change and Transformation Trainer

You will deliver training sessions ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. You will serve as the primary contact for cohorts of trainees and bespoke training as needed. Your responsibilities include developing engaging training materials and supporting candidates throughout their learning journey. You will collaborate with other trainers to support scheduling and improve materials based on feedback.

We seek a trainer with a strong background in Project Management and/or Business Analysis to deliver impactful, real-world training to adult learners.

Are you an experienced trainer passionate about adult learning and empowering professionals to lead change?

• What you'll need to be successful:
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks (Scrum, ITIL)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with virtual delivery (camera presence)
• Project Management certifications (APM, PMP)
• Business Analysis certifications (BCS preferred)
• Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners in professional settings, both online and in-person
• Excellent verbal and written communication
