The ideal candidate will have headteacher or deputy headteacher experience, with a strong background in teaching or leading both PE and music in UK primary schools.

As Interim Operations & Education Lead, you will oversee the operational management of the business, support key educational projects, and provide leadership to ensure the company continues to deliver high-quality services to schools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing operational and educational leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the business.
2. Overseeing and supporting the delivery of PE and music resources, maintaining curriculum alignment and quality.
3. Leading and supporting the core team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.
4. Maintaining strong relationships with schools, partners, and key stakeholders.
5. Driving ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring they stay on track and aligned with company values.
6. Collaborating with the co-founders (remotely) to ensure strategic alignment with the company's long-term vision.

You will have headteacher or deputy headteacher experience with a proven track record of leadership in UK primary education, including teaching or leading both PE and music curriculums. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. You should be a strategic thinker who can adapt quickly and make informed decisions. Passion for supporting teachers and making complex concepts simple and engaging is crucial.
