Melksham Gardens is opening a brand-new 80-bed care home in Melksham, Wiltshire, seeking experienced Registered Nurses. You will lead and support a developing team, coordinate with GPs and external services, and deliver safe, compassionate, person-centred care from day one.

Join us during mobilisation or once residents begin to arrive, and help establish high clinical standards and a positive culture in a dynamic, purpose-built environment full of modern facilities.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and post-registration experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and provide clinical leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families and colleagues.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and commitment to safe, person-centred care.

Mansioni

• Lead and support the care team to maintain high nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate care with residents and families.
• Coordinate with GPs, hospitals and external agencies for coordinated care.
• Contribute to establishing clinical standards and shaping the new care home’s care culture.
