Job summary

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking a Nurse Associate to join the Thorndon Ward at Brentwood Community Hospital. You will deliver high-quality nursing care on an inpatient pathway, under indirect supervision, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation and safe discharge.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, safe and effective care and support to patients.
• Monitor patients' condition and health needs with families and carers.
• Support patients to improve physical and mental well-being.
• Undertake routine procedures including venepuncture and ECG recording.
• Identify and report changes in a patient’s condition.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with policy.
• Work with the team to ensure safe admission and discharge.
