NELFT in Brentwood Community Hospital is seeking a Nurse Associate to join the Thorndon Ward team. You will contribute to a rehabilitation-focused pathway and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient-centred care.

The role involves indirect supervision by a Registered Nurse and a commitment to maintaining NMC standards, with opportunities for induction and staff development within a supportive Trust.

Qualifications

• NMC Nursing Associate registration is required or essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in inpatient care settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard nursing care under indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Deliver compassionate, safe care and support to patients across care settings.
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate to a Registered Nurse when needed.
