Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a nurse to join the dedicated clinical team at Amberwood House in Poole, Dorset. The role involves contributing to clinical decision-making and delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in our award-winning care home.

Responsibilities

• Join the clinical team and contribute to clinical decision-making.
• Provide nursing care to residents at Amberwood House, Poole.
• Promote best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care and other key clinical interventions.
