Location: Avon Reach, Christchurch, Dorset

Responsibilities

We are seeking a nurse to join our dedicated clinical team and become an integral part of the clinical decision-making process in our care homes. You'll work with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads. Our knowledgeable and accessible Clinical and Quality team experts are on hand, with 24/7 on-call support if you need them. You'll build lasting relationships with our residents making a meaningful difference in their health and well-being every day translating our care philosophy of All About Me into a reality.

• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends (includes paid breaks)
• Additional hours/overtime opportunities available to suit your circumstances

About You

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and sound judgment. Excellent communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude are essential. You should also have experience promoting best practices in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other crucial clinical interventions.
