We are Alderwood Care Home seeking a Registered Nurse (Days) to manage all nursing needs of residents. You will formulate and maintain electronic nursing care plans and supervise the care team to ensure high-quality care.
You will also identify training needs and build strong relationships with residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and care requirements. You must hold a valid NMC Pin and be comfortable with medication administration, stock control, and compliance with Health & Safety,

As our Registered Nurse (Days), you’ll be responsible for all care and nursing needs of our residents’. You’ll formulate, implement and regularly maintain electronic nursing care plans and will be very experienced at this. You’ll supervise the delivery of care by the care team and will identify training and development needs. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents’ and you will get to know everything about their likes and dislikes as well as their care and nursing needs.
