Job summary

Honey Lane Care Home in Waltham Abbey, managed by Bridgehouseabingdon, seeks an Administrator to support daily operations and care delivery.

Qualifications

About the role

As our Administrator for our residential care home you will manage administrative systems and processes to help our Care Home Manager run services. You will also help with the maintenance and preparation of KPI reports. You’ll ensure that the various departments in the care home run efficiently on a daily basis and any unexpected circumstances are resolved swiftly. Please note this role offers a mix of administration and front line care for people we support

Here’s some other important things you need to know:

You’ll take responsibility for solving problems and queries brought byinternal or external bodies

You'll take responsibility to maintain stafffiles

MS Office skills needed

You'll be required to processpayroll and HR information

You’ll carry out pre employment checks

You’ll always have the residents wellbeing in mind
