Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Wales is seeking a qualified nurse to deliver high standards of community-based nursing care for clients with complex needs. You will work closely with families and the MDT, with oversight from our complex community nurses, following an up-to-date care plan.

This role offers flexible working if required and opportunities for career growth. A holistic, patient-centred approach is essential as you support clients to meet their full potential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with up-to-date NMC Pin and at least 3 years' post-qualification experience.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality client care.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate.
• Previous and recent complex nurse experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard nursing care in the community for clients with complex needs.
• Collaborate closely with families and MDT with oversight from complex community nurses.
• Follow an up-to-date care plan to address client needs and wishes.

Job description

As a Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care in the community with complex needs. You will be expected to work closely with the family and MDT, with oversight from the company’s complex community nurses.

There will be an up-to-date care plan, for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes. You will be expected to provide holistic patient-centred care, helping the client to meet their full potential. This role can be extremely rewarding and also offers flexible working if required.

• Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin with at least 3 years experience as a fully qualified nurse.
• Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
• To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, and compassionate
• Previous and recent complex nurse experience is essential.
