Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), part of CCH, is recruiting for a Complex Care role in Wellingborough. You will work in our client's family home, providing high-quality care during 7 pm–7 am shifts, including two waking night shifts per week, with shifts available across Monday to Sunday.

We offer full nurse-led training, ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for career progression within CCH, plus DBS covered, paid induction, and a supportive, family-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities include:

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support to develop and strengthen your skills in complex care.

Qualifications

Previous Complex Care experience is beneficial for this role. You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills.

You will be someone who values building strong relationships. We are seeking a care professional that is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.
