Job summary

CCH is seeking care professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' family homes, including activities that support independence and community participation.

You will join a multi-faceted team with comprehensive training, DBS clearance, and ongoing clinical support to develop your skills in complex care while providing compassionate, reliable care shifts.

Shifts:7 am - 7 pm | 2 shifts available Monday to Sunday

What you will do

Working in our client’s family home, you will make a genuine difference by delivering high-quality care and support in a varied and rewarding role. You will support him to access the community and live a fulfilling life, enjoying activities such as bowling, visiting coffee shops, going for walks, listening to music, and watching Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

We are seeking a care professional who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift. You will value building meaningful relationships and delivering attentive, person-centred care. The successful candidate will be responsive, observant, proactive, reassuring, and calm in their approach.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ventilator management
• Personal care

You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support to develop and strengthen your skills in complex care.

Qualifications
