Are you a confident, experienced Adult Complex Care Nurse looking for a flexible role where your clinical expertise makes a genuine difference?

We are recruiting for a skilled nurse to lead and coordinate a complex care package for a young adult living at home. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibility—perfect for a nurse who thrives in one-to-one care settings and wants to work closely with both the client and their support team.

What the role involves:

Leading a small care team to deliver safe, person-centred care

Clinical oversight of a young adult with complex health needs (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilation, cough assist, PEG feeding and diabetes)

Developing & Supporting training, delegation, and clinical competency assessments of the care team

Liaising with client, family and MDTs to ensure continuity and quality of care

What we're looking for:

NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)

Proven experience in managing complex packages of care in the community

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident in risk management and clinical decision-making

Reliable, proactive, and compassionate

Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to commit to 2 days per week
