Job summary

TipTopJob in Bedford is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join a top-tier nursing home in the Bedfordshire area. You will assess residents, plan care, and administer medications within the NMC guidelines, while collaborating with relatives and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate holds an active NMC Pin (RGN or RMN) and has at least 1 year of NMC registration, with proven care-setting experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified as an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin.
• Proven experience of working in a care setting is beneficial.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and leadership abilities.
• At least 1 year of NMC registration or current pin status.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

An ideal Nurse must have these skills and experience as they are beneficial for this position:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• 1+ Year NMC registration

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as an RGN or RMN with an active NMC Pin

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP22.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP56,160 per annum.
