We are now recruiting for the exciting role of Nuclear Case Security Manager, to be involved in the compliance for game changing technology within the nuclear industry.

This exciting new post will be responsible for leading a team of security experts in the development and delivery of key components of the Rolls Royce SMR security case, in particular the Generic Security Report (GSR) and the Integrated Security Solution (ISS). The post will be integral to ensuring that the security case claims, arguments and evidence items are properly structured and meet the requirements of regulators and customers. The role will also support the design and delivery of physical and cyber security measures to protect factory sites, logistic centres and the sites where the RR SMR will be constructed, commissioned, operated and decommissioned.

• To manage the successful submission security documentation to the expected quality to support a meaningful Generic Design Assessment and to meet the regulatory and customer delivery schedule.
• To ensure changes made within Site Specific design are compatible with the security outcomes demonstrated within the GDA Security Case.
• Support the Operations Directorate with the design and delivery of security measures to protect critical infrastructure sites necessary to enable the construction of a RR SMR.
• Support Clients in the preparation of security plans for their site, during licencing, construction on operations.
• Advise Clients on changes to plant on its potential impact on any approved security plan.

Pay And Benefits

We anticipate paying a salary of between £57,600 - £75,600 DOE plus:-

• Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5%
• Benefits Allowance – £2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package
• Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions.
• Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
• Private Medical Insurance - BUPA single cover health care
• Life Assurance - 6x pensionable pay
