Curtiss-Wright Wimborne Limited in Wimborne, UK is seeking up to 3 Systems Engineers to join our flagship programme for Rolls-Royce SMR, designing safety-critical reactor protection instrumentation for international fleets. You will be a key member of the project team applying safety/systems engineering practices and supporting bid work by scoping tasks.

Formación

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status is advantageous.
• Experience in safety/systems engineering, preferably in a safety-regulated industry.
• Knowledge of safety system design standards (IEC 61508, related IECs).

Responsabilidades

• Support safety/systems engineering aspects of projects and bids.
• Draft and estimate systems engineering tasks for proposals.
• Apply systems engineering practices on projects and maintain design documentation.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and collaborate across disciplines.
