Job summary

GradBay is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for a structured two-year development programme focused on nuclear regulation. Across rotations and secondments, you’ll gain experience at different organisations and facilities, from power stations to waste management sites.

You’ll work with regulatory specialists to assess electrical systems, safety arrangements and regulatory decisions, building relationships with stakeholders across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Right to work in the UK for the full two-year programme.
• Willingness to travel and relocate across the UK for placements.
• Availability to start in September 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory assessment of electrical systems and safety arrangements at nuclear sites.
• Learn from experienced regulators and contribute to guidance and standards.
• Collaborate with site operators and government bodies across multiple projects.
