Job summary

The role offers hybrid working with time split between office, client sites and home, and a salary range of £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience applying technical discipline within the nuclear industry, supporting plant design/operations.
• A degree in Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret, validate, and clearly explain complex modelling outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain models of nuclear plant systems using industry-standard codes.
• Analyse plant performance under diverse operating scenarios to inform design decisions and safety cases.
• Provide authoritative interpretation of modelling results and underlying phenomena.
