Job summary

Mace is seeking a Quality Management Lead to ensure HPC Project quality requirements are complied with across the full lifecycle. You will lead quality governance, oversee supplier QA plans and drive continuous improvement within a safety-critical nuclear environment.

The role requires a degree or equivalent in engineering/science, plus extensive QA delivery on complex projects and strong stakeholder engagement. Hybrid working options may be discussed with-in the role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality assurance and quality control in complex projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management best practice.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and supplier management capability.
• Skilled in reporting, analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support quality assurance and quality control delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Implement quality governance, surveillance and non-conformance processes.
• Reviewing and overseeing contractor quality assurance plans.
• Producing and maintaining project quality control plans.
• Ensuring contractual quality requirements are embedded and complied with.
• Guiding suppliers on quality planning and records management.
• Directing lifetime quality records reviews and acceptance.
• Coordinating supplier audits and drive timely resolution of findings.
• Managing manufacturing surveillance and inspection activities.
• Reviewing inspection and test plans for quality compliance.
• Supporting quality release, documentation and project handover.
• Building trusted stakeholder relationships and promote continuous improvement.
