Job summary

Bilfinger is seeking a Quality Engineer for a nuclear project to implement and control quality processes across construction activities. You will ensure compliance with codes, standards and client specs, maintaining full traceability from material receipt to handover.

Role involves governance over documentation, technical interpretation of requirements, and ensuring QA records reflect as-built conditions. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA engineering or quality management on large construction projects.
• Proven track record managing FUDs, NCRs, RFIs and quality documentation in a regulated environment.
• Experience in nuclear, oil & gas, or similarly high-integrity industries.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, RCC-M and nuclear QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality processes in line with RCC-M, EN ISO 3834-2 and project specifications.
• Provide oversight of quality compliance across fabrication, installation and testing activities.
• Conduct audits, surveillance, and process reviews to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Manage QA documentation including FUDs, NCRs, RFIs, LTQRs and ensure traceability.
