Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Support Officer to join our Project Support Team in Bristol or Glasgow. The role involves supporting the Framework Manager and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of activities, with a focus on data management and process adherence.

You will manage project data, monitor contracts, maintain databases, and support communications with stakeholders. A collaborative, proactive approach and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with financial data and spreadsheets.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excel skills with macros are a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative, proactive and self-motivated.
• A-Level or equivalent and GCSEs in Maths/English.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining project data in spreadsheets.
• Monitoring the CONTRACTS portal and handling documents.
• Maintaining and updating the Framework database.
• Managing team inbox and coordinating requests.
• Updating opportunities in the CRM.
• Support Project Managers to follow processes from work-winning to close-out.
• Assist with review of monthly client reports.
• Contribute to collaborative team environment.
