Sizewell C invites graduates to join a tailored 2-year Project Management Graduate Programme. You will rotate through placements designed to equip you with essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in the nuclear sector.

You will learn from experts, receive mentorship, and gain confidence with support from a dedicated line manager and buddy throughout the programme. Based at Leiston with diverse placements, the role builds a broad, hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (2:2 or higher) in Project Management, Project Controls, Business, Engineering or Nuclear science related subjects.
• Open minded, flexible and agile thinking to succeed in a dynamic project environment.
• Strong ethical standards, integrity and team collaboration are essential.
• Effective communication to manage stakeholders and balanced priorities.

Responsibilities

• Work on live multi discipline projects and rotate through placements to build skills.
• Learn from experts with support from a career line manager, placement manager, mentor and buddy.
• Contribute to project activities and upskill across the business during the programme.
