Job summary

Sizewell C is launching a Project Controls Graduate Programme in London, offering a 2-year rotation across multi-discipline teams within a major UK infrastructure project. You will gain hands-on experience, supported by a career line manager, placement manager, mentor and buddy throughout the programme.

Expect to develop technical and professional skills, contribute to KPI reporting, and participate in continuous improvement including data quality, AI adoption, and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:2 or higher) in STEM, Project Controls, Project Management or Business disciplines.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Flexible, agile mindset for dynamic project environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders across Project Controls and SZC.
• Work with Change Managers/Engineers in the team.
• Contribute to weekly team meetings with updates.
• Attend Leadership Team meetings such as Risk Reviews.
• Assist monthly Project Control reporting across Cost, Schedule, Change, Risk.
• Support data quality and automation initiatives.
