Sizewell C invites you to join its Nuclear Business Graduate Programme in Ipswich, offering a 2-year rotation through placements designed to develop your finance, business and analytics skills within a major UK energy project.

You will learn from experts, with a dedicated line manager, mentor and buddy to support your progression throughout the programme. The role is based on-site with placements and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Politics, Energy & Sustainability or Data Analytics.
• We expect genuine interest in nuclear energy and sustainability; open-minded and agile in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, integrity and teamwork are essential.
• Security Vetting is required; right to work in the UK is necessary; local recruitment is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gain hands-on experience across placements in the Workforce Contract Performance team.
• Support procurement processes and contract awards with People Requirements.
• Analyse contractor performance data and support monthly reviews.
• Prepare and deliver briefings to new contractors and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial and sustainability teams to review tender responses.
• Participate in Contractor Mobilisation meetings to verify pre-requisites.
