Sizewell C offers a two-year graduate programme designed to develop business and leadership skills within the nuclear sector. You will rotate through placements, learning from experts, and receiving mentorship from a dedicated career line manager and buddy.

You will gain hands-on experience in commercial, sustainability and People Requirements areas, supporting procurement, contractor performance and continuous improvement initiatives across Ipswich-based sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Interest in nuclear energy and sustainability.
• Flexible, open-minded and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong ethics, integrity and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience through rotations and placements.
• Review and score contractor tender responses.
• Join contractor mobilization meetings before work on site.
• Deliver introductory briefings to new contractors.
• Analyze performance data for monthly reviews.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
