Job summary

Bilfinger UK Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager at the Hinkley Point C site, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient execution in line with nuclear standards.

The role is based on site, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with responsibility for planning, coordination, and delivery of construction activities across multiple teams. Strong safety culture and experience in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and disciplined planning in a complex, regulated environment.
• Experience delivering work packages with cost and schedule control.
• Familiarity with RAMS, HSE, and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering project scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Assist with planning, scheduling and coordination of work packages.
• Monitor progress against baseline programme and cost targets; report variances.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including RAMS, reports and procedures.
• Coordinate with off-site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
