Job summary

EDF Energy offers a 12-month Project Delivery Industrial Placement on-site at Heysham 1, starting with a salary of £26,050 per year. You’ll launch your career as a Project Engineer/Project Manager with tailored training, mentorship, and real responsibilities.

You’ll help shape how projects are delivered, gaining experience in planning, design and execution, plus team collaboration and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must be on track to achieve or have completed a 2:2 degree in Maths, Physics, Science, Engineering or Project Management.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Eligibility for Security Vetting will be assessed, with residency criteria.

Responsibilities

• Support project delivery through learning on planning and execution within the team.
• Assist with designing, planning and delivering work on-site at Heysham 1.
• Gain exposure to multi-million pound projects, safety protocols, and governance processes.
