Job summary

Progressive Recruitment seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Owners Scope procurement activities for a major nuclear infrastructure programme. You will plan, coordinate, and control procurement packages, ensuring governance, clear performance reporting, and seamless integration with the wider delivery organisation.

This hybrid role based in Warrington on a 12-month contract inside IR35 offers a key part in a regulated programme with emphasis on stakeholder, supplier, and interface

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement for complex packages in regulated programmes.
• Strong governance, reporting, and interfacing with delivery teams.
• Proven ability to manage cost, risk and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Owners Scope procurement packages and maintain schedules.
• Chair progress reviews and report performance to stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate handoffs and commissioning readiness with suppliers.
