Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is recruiting experienced Pipe Fitters for a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Deeside, North Wales, working on major UK nuclear projects. The role offers long-term, permanent employment with excellent pay, premium overtime and an uncapped bonus scheme.

You will fabricate, fit and assemble stainless steel and carbon steel pipework, read drawings to specification, and ensure quality and safety standards are met in a nuclear

Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Pipe Fitter within engineering/manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience fitting and assembling stainless steel and carbon steel pipework.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with pipe fit-up, alignment and tack welding.
• TIG welding experience would be advantageous.
• Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pipe fitting, fabrication and assembly of stainless steel and carbon steel pipework.
• Fit up, align and tack weld pipe spools to engineering specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication instructions.
• Ensure all work meets nuclear industry quality and safety standards.
• Carry out accurate measurements, preparation and positioning of pipework.
• Identify and report any quality issues or safety concerns.
• Work closely with welders and other members of the manufacturing team.
