Omnia Inclusive Employment Solutions Ltd is seeking experienced TIG Pipe Welders for a permanent role in Deeside, North Wales. You will weld stainless and carbon steel pipework on a major UK nuclear project, following WPS and undergoing a 6G weld test.

This long-term opportunity offers premium overtime rates, an uncapped bonus, 25 days holiday, and a Monday-Thursday 7:00-15:30 schedule with Friday finish at 12:30.

Qualifications

• Proven TIG welding experience on stainless and carbon steel pipework.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and following WPS.
• Previous coded welding experience or ability to pass a coding test.

Responsibilities

• Weld stainless and carbon steel pipework to required standards.
• Complete 6G weld test and work in PA 1G rotated position as needed.
• Meet quality checks and support NDT inspections.

Are you an experienced TIG Pipe Welder looking for excellent earning potential, long-term job security and the opportunity to work on a major UK nuclear project?

Due to the award of a new 4-year contract supporting Sizewell C, we're recruiting multiple TIG Pipe Welders to join a specialist manufacturing facility in Deeside.

You'll be working on high-quality stainless steel and carbon steel pipework, with premium overtime rates, an uncapped bonus scheme and a 12:30pm finish every Friday!

What We're Looking For

• Proven TIG welding experience on stainless steel and carbon steel pipework.
• Experience welding pipe diameters from 2\" upwards.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Previous coded welding experience or the ability to pass a coding test.
• Experience producing high-quality welds suitable for inspection and NDT.
• Previous experience within Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food or similar industries would be advantageous.

No previous nuclear experience? Not a problem! We're interested in skilled TIG Pipe Welders from a range of industries.

Welding Assessment

Candidates will complete a 6G TIG weld test on 2\" stainless steel pipe, with a WPS provided on the day.

Please note: Although the test is completed in 6G, production welding is primarily carried out in the PA (1G) rotated position.

Candidates must be willing to undergo the required background and security screening.
