Babcock is recruiting a Nuclear Operations Director for the Clyde sites (Faslane and Coulport) in Helensburgh. You will lead the Nuclear Operations Directorate, guiding strategic direction and ensuring safe, secure, and compliant waterfront operations for the Royal Navy submarine programme.

The role requires senior leadership experience in regulated environments and security clearances. Based on site, 35 hours per week, with a strong focus on delivering operational readiness and performance

Competenze

• Extensive experience leading complex operations within highly regulated nuclear/defence environments.
• Translate strategic objectives into tangible operational outcomes and business performance.
• Experience managing senior leadership, safety, regulatory and commercial challenges.
• Knowledge of Defence Nuclear Enterprise structures, governance and operating models.
• Understanding of Royal Navy submarine operations and waterfront support activities.
