Qualifications

• Degree in Medical Technology, Physical Science or related Radiology discipline.
• Registration on the Clinical Technologists register is desirable.
• Experience in a health care environment and in planning/technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Nuclear Medicine procedures and patient care.
• Prepare and monitor patients undergoing diagnostic/therapeutic investigations.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals in line with training and safety rules.
• Operate, maintain and QA specialised imaging equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to plan and deliver services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure governance and radiation safety.
• Support departmental audits, service development and CPD initiatives.
