Job summary

ALTEN is seeking a Project Quality Engineer to support major engineering and infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment. You will ensure quality requirements are implemented, maintained, and improved throughout the project lifecycle, working with project teams, suppliers, and site personnel.

This is ideal for a quality professional with manufacturing, construction, energy, or nuclear sector experience who is passionate about process compliance, inspections, and QA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA/Project Quality Engineering within manufacturing, construction, energy or nuclear projects.
• Experience with ITPs, inspections and verification activities.
• Knowledge of NDT methods and dimensional inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project quality assurance activities are delivered in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with quality processes, procedures, and ITPs.
• Conduct quality inspections, verification and dimensional checks; review NDT records.
