Job summary

Equans, a Bouygues group company, is seeking a Construction Planner (M/W) for the HPC site at Hinkley Point C. You will lead detailed planning, scheduling and progress reporting for the EDGs Department, ensuring readiness for each construction phase.

The role demands extensive EPCC experience in the energy sector, strong proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Extensive EPCC experience in the energy sector.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Experience with baseline management, critical path, and Earned Value.
• Familiarity with FIDIC/NEC contracts and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed construction schedules and track progress.
• Define annual and shift-based progress targets and report them.
• Apply productivity, CPI, SPI and EVM metrics for project control.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Support claims management and schedule risk analysis.
