Based in West Cumbria, the role provides structured development, potential entry to the Graduate Development Scheme, and a pathway to a permanent position. Start date is July 2027 and salary is £27,043 per year.

Qualifications

• Be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Willing to relocate to West Cumbria for the duration of the programme.
• Commitment to working on or around the Sellafield site and supporting the mission.
• Genuine interest in building a career within the nuclear industry.
• Ability to solve problems, think critically and learn.
• Drive to take ownership of your own development and seize opportunities.
• Proactive attitude and resilience to work through challenges.
• Commitment to upholding safety, security and professionalism.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
