Qualifications

• Must be working towards a degree in Civil/Coastal Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Material Science and Metallurgy, or an Engineering degree with Civil/Structural/Architectural content.

Responsibilities

• Join Cavendish Nuclear for a Civil and Structural Engineering Placement Year.
• Contribute to live projects on site or in offices, performing calculations and assessments.
• Support safety evaluations, project planning, and stakeholder meetings.
• 3D modelling, technical drawing, and structural design of concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
• Assist with civil design, drainage, pavements, and CDM 2015 duties.
• Engage in site inspections, surveys, and construction surveillance.
