Job summary

Altrad are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a scheduled programme of intervention and upgrade works at a pivotal site in the UK. You will drive cost, schedule and quality while upholding nuclear safety, security and environmental compliance.

Essential experience includes 5+ years in delivery and management roles within infrastructure and electrical projects, NEC4 contract management, and professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance or ability to obtain SC clearance.
• 5+ years delivery experience, including 5+ years in a management role.
• Experience of infrastructure works, particularly in the built environment.
• Proven experience managing electrical projects from design through to completion.
• Knowledge of specialised electrical systems and their installation.
• Experience delivering using NEC4 contracts, including change and stakeholder management.
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
• Chartered membership of a relevant professional body.
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, delivery and commissioning phases of electrical systems.
• Provide project management expertise to achieve project objectives.
• Employ effective leadership to secure trust and collaboration across teams.
• Manage NEC4 contracts to control quality, time, cost and reliability.
• Monitor financial performance and provide forecasted reporting.
• Maintain risk management processes and issue impact assessments.
• Update plans and schedules reflecting approved changes.
