Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is looking for an experienced NEC Supervisor to join their Glasgow team. This role involves overseeing construction and engineering activities within the nuclear defence sector, ensuring compliance with NEC4 contractual requirements and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Civil Engineering, hold NEC4 Supervisor accreditation and possess a CITB CSCS Gold or Black card. Key responsibilities include monitoring contractor competence and managing defects to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of NEC4 contracts and understanding of CDM and Health and Safety.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Previous experience working ONR/DNR sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and engineering activities for compliance with NEC4 requirements.
• Inspect, test, and monitor works to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Manage project records, quality metrics, and performance reporting.
