Job summary

Qualifications

• On-site work with SC clearance or ability to obtain.
• Hands-on construction background with building services.
• Experience delivering infrastructure works.
• Ability to manage cost, schedule, risk and quality.
• Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to commissioning, on time and within budget.
• Direct project teams and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
• Monitor performance, forecast, report and manage changes.
• Ensure governance, assurance processes and project procedures, and contract close-out.
